About Us
COPE Network provides a variety of resources for people who use substances or have a history of using substances, as well as resources for their loved ones and the greater community of Southwest Michigan.
Our services include art, music, and movement based classes, support group meetings, recovery oriented meetings, overdose prevention trainings, naloxone distribution, harm reduction supplies, and more.

Kalamazoo Harm Reduction
COPE is the fiduciary for Kalamazoo Harm Reduction, a program that distributes free harm reduction equipment like clean syringes to participants. Click here to learn more.
Naloxone
Distribution
We distribute free Naloxone (Narcan) kits that can be used to reverse opioid or heroin overdoses. We also do free one-on-one, group, or organizational trainings on overdose prevention.

Recovery Coaching
Our executive director Nancy King is a licensed Recovery Coach, Trauma Recovery Coach, and a certified ACES (Adverse Childhood Experiences Study) trainer. Click here to learn more about her services.

Please see events page for up-to-date meeting information and updates. During COVID, some of our programs now take place online.
Unless marked otherwise, all of our programs are accepted by the Kalamazoo Drug Court. This means participants in a drug court program can get their papers signed for participation in classes like yoga and guitar just as is done at NA or AA. For more information, click here.
Get Involved
Community support is important to our work at COPE. There are many ways you can get involved, and every bit that you contribute goes a long way in helping us fulfill our mission.

If you're interested in volunteering your time, teaching a class, or hosting an event at our facility click here.

We are always looking for donations of instruments, arts & crafts supplies, clothes, furniture, housewares, camping supplies, and other miscellaneous items, either for use in our facility, for use by our participants, or for our annual garage sale fundraiser.
